June 22, 2010
Members of the Sky Blue FC women’s professional soccer team recently visited Somerset Medical Center’s Steeplechase Cancer Center to create inspirational flags that will be displayed at the medical center’s Day of Hope cancer survivor celebration.
Sky Blue FC players Danielle Johnson, Keeley Dowling, Kendall Fletcher, India Trotter, Angela Salem, Katie Schoepfer and Brittany Taylor sat side by side with cancer survivors to create their flags, which incorporated a soccer theme.
Somerset Medical Center is the official health care provider of Sky Blue FC.
