Sponsorship Agreement with Rutgers Athletics Announced

Somerset Medical Center has signed a five-year sponsorship agreement with Rutgers University Athletic Department (Rutgers), Nelligan Sports Marketing, Inc. (NSM) announced today. As part of the new agreement, Somerset Medical Center will have a substantial presence in Rutgers’ marketing and promotions of its sporting events, related activities and community involvement.

Somerset Medical Center is the official health care provider for the Somerset Patriots minor league baseball team and Sky Blue FC women’s professional soccer team, which plays at Rutgers University’s Yurcak Field. Its Sports Performance and Rehabilitation Center, located at TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater, offers sports medicine services for athletes of all ages, including individual and group training sessions, specialized wellness programs, rehabilitation services and massage therapy.
